Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 20 Minutes
of:
100 Wall Ball Shots (9 / 7 kg, 10ft)
75 Dumbbell Push Press (20 / 15 kg)
50 Overhead Sit Ups (20 / 15 kg plate)
25 DBL Dumbbell Devils Press (20 / 15 kg)
MAX REPS Burpees Over The Dumbbells
- Chippers are a great format of working out as you get to test out protocols & methods of attacking movements. You can see just how big you can go on sets when you know you've only got to hit the overall number the once.
- Pick a couple moves today (not all of them!) and go BIG on them!! Who's got 50, 60, 70+ unbroken wall balls in them??
- If/When you get to the burpees at the end of the list get as many as you can!! It is a lateral jump over them, NOT DB-facing ones.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
