Men = 9 kg Ball; 52.5 kg Barbell for Deads & Cleans
Women = 6 kg Ball; 35 kg Barbell for Deads & Cleans

- We are joining in with the global CrossFit Community today and are taking part in the first annual "Saved By The Barbell" Workout. We will be collecting gold & silver coin donations to go toward Sports Access Foundation Australia. A wonderful organisation that raise funds to go towards providing financial assistance for key sports projects and events for Australian kids who have a disability. Please give what you can & we will deposit a donation directly to them.
- As for the workout itself, well its fun fest of sweat!! Modelled on the famous "Fight Gone Bad" WoD (did you know? "FGB" was also designed to be used as a charity fundraising WoD way back when). This WoD runs to a rolling clock. You start at a station and try for as many reps as possible in 1 minute. On the class of "switch" or "change" you move to the next listed movement. The clock doesn't stop or wait for you.
- Keep a laminate sheet & marker (lid on) handy to chart your reps as you go.
- We will run some set scales as far as the barbell is concerned. Thee will be a coulee of set weights on the bars to use. If on doubt go lighter than you think.
- Scale as needed.
