In Teams of Two Complete The Following For Time::
50 Handstand Push Ups
100 Toes To Bar
800m Run
150 Push Press (35 / 25 kg)
300 Double Unders

- Today is about teamwork & communication. For your reps to count read on....
- On the HSPU your partner needs to hold a handstand hold or barbell hold overhead..
- On the T2B your partner needs to actively hanging from the bar .
- Run the 800m together.
- On the Push Press your partner needs to hold the bar in front rack.
- On the skipping. Well on this just have your partner hold onto thier rope & smile!
- 30 Minute time cap.
- As always scale as needed.
