If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

- Repeat!!! Of sorts! This is a near identical version of "16.2". The only point of difference then was that the first triplet which had the 15 cleans needed to be done inside 4 minutes otherwise the workout was over. This year they have merged the first two sections of 15 cleans & 13 cleans inside one big 8 minute window. This gives more people an opportunity to go further in the workout and also find a pace that works for them.
- In any case this is a big WoD. Look to preserve your from on the T2B, stay cool & calm on the rope so that you can give your all to the barbell.
