Complete The Following Work inside of 8 minutes :

25 Toes To Bar

50 Double Unders

15 Squat Cleans (61 / 38 kg)

25 Toes To Bar

50 Double Unders

13 Squat Cleans (83 / 52 kg)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 Toes to Bar

50 Double Unders

11 Squat Cleans (102 / 65 kg)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 Toes To Bar

50 Double Unders

9 Squat Cleans (124 / 79 kg)

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 Toes To Bar

50 Double Unders

7 Squat Cleans (142 / 93 kg)

Clock stops at 20 mins max time.

  • Repeat!!! Of sorts! This is a near identical version of "16.2". The only point of difference then was that the first triplet which had the 15 cleans needed to be done inside 4 minutes otherwise the workout was over. This year they have merged the first two sections of 15 cleans & 13 cleans inside one big 8 minute window. This gives more people an opportunity to go further in the workout and also find a pace that works for them.
  • In any case this is a big WoD. Look to preserve your from on the T2B, stay cool & calm on the rope so that you can give your all to the barbell.
  • Have a great time. Rally round your friends, cheer them home. Let the fun begin!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
