WoD: 2018 Regionals Event 1; "Triple 3" (Partner Version)

- Yup. We went there.
- Now, we aren't that silly that we'd ask you all to do thew whole caboodle on your own. It may not be appropriate for you all. Instead we have devised a way to share the work load with a buddy & cover the entire volume together. This way will also make it more intense in nature compared to if you did it solo.
- The work will be split as follows:
- Row = Swap even 300m completing 5 intervals each.
- Doubles = You each take 150 doubles & skip AT THE SAME TIME.
- Run = In a tag in/tag out fashion you will hit the seamstress run for 4 runs each.
- Because you will be working & resting throughout we'd like you to switch it ON when you're up and go hard. Earn the rest & make this a sharp & gnarly interval style WoD!
- Work together, encourage each other, support one another & try your very best.
- Apart from he skipping only one person will be working at a time.
- Enjoy!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 45 min time cap. Scale as needed.
