- Well well well what do we have here???
- Remember that second barbell last week that we all struggled to deadlift?? Well lets this week try to get it overhead!! 🙂
- This is an absolute doozy of a WoD and one that epitomises how far the fitness levels have come over the years. The weights are aggressive yes HOWEVER there are doable (well maybe not every single bar!) and are tailor made for PR's aplenty!!
- And pistols squats! Ye-ha!! First time in the open and all of a sudden the trend for mobilising and stretching out the claves and ankles has begun!!
- Let the fun begin! Good luck to everyone out there around the world taking part.
