- Nice little play off of "16.1" (The original format saw us lunge with a barbel overhead). Logistics prevent us, & many gyms around the world, from doing this as written with a large class attendance so today we will take this opportunity to not only work our single leg strength, but also our single arm/shoulder stability & strength.
- Make no bones about, this is a tough 20 minute effort! Don't be fooled by the simplicity of it all, that only demands all the more so that you PUSH all the way through!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
