With a 12 Minute Time Cap for BOTH sections:

18.2 (For Time)
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 (Reps) of:
Dumbbell Squats
Bar Facing Burpees

Upon completion of 18.2 move onto 18. 2a (provided its within the 12 min cap)
1 RM Clean
.
- RX = 2x 22.5 / 2x 15kg DB's Burpees to be jumped at all points
- Scaled = 2x 15 / 2x 10kg DB's. Can step in/out & over in the burpees.
