WoD - "Double Jeopardy"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes

of:

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 Toes To Bar

15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

** At the 4:00, 8:00, 12:00 & 16:00 marks perform 50 Double Unders **

  • Focus in on your best hollow body positions for the gymnastics moves. When on your Toes to Bar work for a slick, tight transfer from the hollow body to the arch. Keep your body switched on & engaged throughout.
  • Maybe you go unbroken on the 5-10 rep combo. Maybe you don't. In any case focus on your quality of movement.
  • For the skipping component, modify the numbers if you think 50 reps will take longer than 1 minute.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
