7 Hang Power Clean
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

- Happy New Year folks!! (We'll stop saying that next week! Haha!!)
- Yesterday you had the absolute pleasure of just solely running your hearts out. Today we flip the script and place a barbell in your hands.... and thats it!
- Three movements, two of them very grippy, one barbell, and 20 minutes in which to play with!! Don't be fooled by the lightweight on the prescription (by the by, the weight SHOULD feel light at the start of this WoD if you are to get the best out of it). The combination of these three moves will leave you very gassed, leaves your grip smoked and will have that classic Crossfit humbling effect.
- When its just you and the bar, you have to stay with it. Ain't no one else gonna pick that thing up for you!
- Who's going to give us double digit scores at the end????
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
