- Little play on an old Open workout. The time domain looks tight for the amount of reps on offer. Thats kinda the point! Try to plough your way through as far as you can. Can you make it to those Muscle Ups? Can you clear the Muscle Ups?? Only one way to find out!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
