30 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges
China Town Run
30 Wall Ball Shots
30 Burpees

M: pair of 22.5kg DBs. 9kg Ball to 10ft. ---|--- W: pair of 15kg DBs. 6kg Ball to 9ft.

- Partner workouts are awesome tolls to raise the stakes of your intensity levels. Just working out with a buddy has you speed up a little, try that wee bit harder for them and of course has you have a stack load of fun times!!
- Today we will issue how the breakdown of the reps will be shared. (some 50/50. some unevenly shared, etc). This will allow you guys to focus harder on keeping your intensity levels higher because your rep will be fixed somewhat and thus your rest periods will be set.
- If you know who you want to buddy up with already throw them a text. Otherwise go find someone new in your class and have a ball!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
