- This ones a grinder!! Chippers usually offer you the carrot of hitting large sets to test yourself out seeing as the move only comes round the once. Except today we are doing a pyramid chipper! Meaning you climb up a rep scheme before heading back down it again on the same moves.
- Today task yourself with simply moving well and grinding these reps out in a timely fashion. No need trying to race through the Dumbbells. Just keep chipping away at it.
- Enjoy those step-overs!! 🙂
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
