- Long classical chipper workout today. Chippers are a fantastic way to attack your fitness. You get chances to test yourself out on certain moves as they may often only appear once (as is the case with all the ab moves).
- They are also great workouts to tap into an aerobic type pathway. This one is long. It will be about 20-25 mins on average and this will be about continuous effort all the way through. We simply cannot sprint our way through these ones. If we do try at the star tit generally pays out on us mid-way through and it makes for a miserable time thereafter.
- Overall goal today is to hit the same pace on all the run distances. Think about how you will run the last 400m run and try to hit that pace on the 1 mile effort. Push yourself and see what is the best pace you can muster for them.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
