- Time to buddy up & slog it out together! We are going long this week. As part of building that aerobic base we need to expose ourselves to longer time domains and find a way to keep moving. Use the fact you are working with a buddy to incentivise yourself to work that little bit harder for that little bit longer.
- Share the work anyhow, one person working, the other resting. Communicate well with your teammate & you'll have a great day.
- Only catch to the scheme is those double unders. You will do those together at the same time! Oh, & you are both doing the full numbers EACH. 🙂
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 45 Min Time Cap. Scale as needed.
