WoD: "The Never-Ending Struggle"

As a Team of 2 Complete the following for time:

50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 (Reps) of:

Calories

Kettlebell Goblet Squat

Calories

Push Ups

Double Unders x 2*

Kettlebell Swings

  • Time to buddy up & slog it out together! We are going long this week. As part of building that aerobic base we need to expose ourselves to longer time domains and find a way to keep moving. Use the fact you are working with a buddy to incentivise yourself to work that little bit harder for that little bit longer.
  • Share the work anyhow, one person working, the other resting. Communicate well with your teammate & you'll have a great day.
  • Only catch to the scheme is those double unders. You will do those together at the same time! Oh, & you are both doing the full numbers EACH. 🙂
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • 45 Min Time Cap. Scale as needed.
