Establish a Max-Effort Set then 4 further sets of 40-50% of that set

75 Power Snatch (35 / 25 kg)
75 Hand Release Push Ups
75 Overhead Squats
**10 Lateral Bar Hops EMOM**

- Warm Up accordingly on part A. We can use your max set as a baseline going forward (The Open isn't that far away you know!).
- For the WoD itself, underestimate the weight on that barbel at your peril! Choose a weight you can move with significant speed...... and hag on for the ride!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
