- Super workout today focussing on high power output. We are shooting for 9-10 rounds as a result from his which will yield an awesome output. The bar will be heavy yes but always unbroken. The rest of the round is where we will look to keep our pacing throughout.
- Stay compared and see if we cant work to a 2:00 pace per round, and keep that going for the full 20 minutes.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
