- The Snatch is very complex movement, perhaps the most technical to learn. Today has a nice flow to it taking various components of movement and leading you to the full move at the end.
- Each one however is for time. Try to get the best time you can while staying technically sound.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Each section carries a 10 min time cap. Should you get caught by the time cap stop where you were at and start the next one.
- Scale As needed.
