- What an awesome workout to close out the 2020 CrossFit Open!!
- This is another first for the Open. Getting to "choose you own adventure" with the reps is very new to use CrossFitter's. We are normally so accustomed to being told how to do a WoD that when given the chance of deciding for ourselves will we know what the right thing to do is??
- In any case it has a massive 5 weeks and all there staff at CBD are SO SO PROUD of each & every one of you for being willing to throw your hat in the ring and be vulnerable enough to have your fitness be tested in a very public way. We now all have some valuable data points to take with us going forward in training and give us some direction within our GPP training.
