7 Dumbbell Deadlifts (20's / 15's)
14 DB Front Rack Lunges (20's / 15's)
21 Wall Ball Shots (9 / 7 kg, 10/9 ft)

- With the CrossFit Open just two short weeks away we strive to guess the un-guessable! Beautiful & effective triplet on offer today. The Dumbbell Deadlift challenges the body in different ways than a traditional barbell Deadlift. Dumbbell training in general will test you in many different ways & force upon you adaptation, in that you either will adapt to the task & flourish, or you won't!
- With two "normal" Saturdays left before it all starts up start testing out things like your pre-workout food, the timing in which you eat. Any extra mobility or warming you'd like, etc etc. Don't wait until "18.1" to try this out as it may need tweaking a bit for those big days.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Midline Auxiliary piece following the WoD.
