Hero WoD - "McGhee"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 30 minutes

of:

5 Deadlifts (125 / 85 kg)

13 Push Ups

9 Box Jumps (24" / 20")

  • This Hero WoD is in honour of Corporal Ryan C. McGhee, 21. He served with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment of Fort Benning, Ga

  • This is a longer, heavier workout that requires smart pacing. (smart doesn't necessarily mean slow!). Aim to keep your push ups in batches to avoid burnout. The bar is heavy so be sure to brace of course! And those jumps. Not quite enough to pull you away for that long. Enjoy them!!
  • In any case dig deep! These Hero WoDs are designed to challenge us both physically and mentally. Knuckle down and just keep going!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Modify as needed.
