- Running is a wonderful thing. Its one of those exercises that lots and lots of folks can get in their regime as it takes no equipment at all. Yet running can be a very mundane affair if its done with little to no urgency. Today hit that China Town Run hard as you can and then use the cals on the machine to actually go more steady state and catch your breath a bit.
- Those lovely Toes To Bar will soon mount up. 75 reps is no joke. If you feel like you'd need more than 4 (quick) sets to get through scales back the reps to ensure you are not caught by the clock.
- Overall goal is to get yourself at least 45 seconds rest in the first 3 rounds at least. Scale any numbers to make this a reality.
- Scale any numbers needed to meet these aims.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
