- Sweet chipper style WoD to earn your weekend. The list is long, the time is longer! The reps just keep going up!! Take the approach today of trying to find a pace that allows you to move for most of the 30 minutes. The only moves here that may demand you stop for a significant time could be the Toes to bar and the DB snatch. Even then try to find a way to strategise those sets and keep it to a minimum. Everything else lets see if we can find a groove we can live with.
- There is a fine line though. Go too slow (for your own relative ability) and you not get enough adaptation. Go too hot and you'll burn out and end up slow (again not enough adaptation). Lets find that right pace for you. From our point of view we want you to try and get two rounds plus some change. (We want you to experience each move at least twice. Scale the reps &/or load try to meet this mark.
