- Another Hero WoD to tackle & what a whopper it is!! Lots of gymnastics volume & a heavy-ass barbell!!
- Being that it is an AMRAP its a great time to test out tackling this kind of value. maybe you try to see if you can go unbroken. Maybe you set out to do them in two sets all the way. Either way, have a plan & give something a go.
- The barbell is heavy yes, so respect the weight & don't expect to always be able to pull it off the floor touch & go every round! Set up properly every. single. time!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
