- Tricky little number this one. How long can you keep those Handstand Push Ups going in large chunks? Can you continually move that barbell unbroken? Especially after 10 minutes and LOTS of box jumping!!
- One thing is for sure, You best use those hips to their fullest. Don't worry, they'll get a rest during your STRICT gymnastics work!!
- Work hard, push forward, earn your weekend!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
