- Going very long today. This week has posed some very interesting and different types of your fitness. You hit some very heavy squats Wednesday, we had you work those gymnastics skills & midline yesterday. Now we look to go long!!
- Time to get the lungs open and ready for a good, big, continuous effort.
- We want to work on developing some true aerobic base/capacity so today will be about understanding your body and what pace it needs to be at to prosper. To add spice and treat like a true CrossFit effort you will want to push the boundaries of what pace you can hold but not to the point of constantly having to stop.
- The middle component will add some high skill value to proceedings by asking you to compose and tackle what is perhaps the largest number of doubles you will be asked to do in one go.
- Days like these are needed. Days like these are where we build character and find out who really loves the true variance of its all. Can't wait to see you tackle this!!
