- Long chippers are a great way to work on hitting certain movements in a different way from your norm. Do you usually stay reserved and stick to small sets? Today can offer another avenue and perhaps you now attempt larger sets and work through the burn.
- Lots of fitness to be had today. Get yourself after this one!
- Overall goal today is to keep moving and come in around 20-22 mins.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
