- Going long inside of a workout is a learned skill. It doesn't just come naturally to everyone. When you see a WoD at first glance do you read between the lines or aren't you able to see the forest for the trees??
- If you take todays fare for example and take away the fact that we actually have written the word "unbroken" in there. How would you perceive it? Would you realise that with the relatively short amount of time on the clock, and the large amount of work in front of you just to get one round, that its going to take a massive effort to get a result out of this one!
- Your ability to get through the work load in as few sets as possible is what's going to be required. That ability, to "go long", will hold you in good stead for the latter stages of it. Indeed, your ability to "go long" in general will hold you in great positions for pretty much anything that gets thrown at you. Be it in the gym, at work, or in life in general.
- Yes, today we have stated the wall ball must be unbroken or they carry a double under penalty. This is our training emphasis today. If we want that skill of being able to do large sets we need to train it. Let the fun begin!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
