- A true classic. Scale as needed.
- This is the "Championship version" of 'ole FGB! If you have never done FGB before then we can give you the option of scaling to the original 3 round version. Otherwise come in armed to move heaps more than you bargained for!!
- The key to a longer version such as today is to give yourself a "minimum dose" number of reps for each move. Strive to hit at least that every time & you'll find yourself happy at the end with your lot. What is critical though is to NEVER allow yourself to simply give up on a minute & preserve energy for another move (that you most likely may prefer). That usually leads to more resting in the other moves anyways!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
