- The Open is over and its time to reclaim our Saturdays back again!!
- Going nice and long today. This one is a grinder to say the least. Get after the first run for sure but not at the cost of needing a huge amount of recovery time before you skip. Steady as she goes today (Don't confuse that for "taking it easy").
- Be confident on your double unders. 150 is a chunky set and will trouble everyone. If you require scaling it back pick a number that will still challenge you heaps.
- And those good ole burpees!! Oner simple mantra to follow = Just. Keep. Moving!
- All up aim for a 25-30 minute result and you've had a good morning at the office.
- Chariots of Fire?? More like Calves ON Fire!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
