Complete The Following For Time
50 Box Jumps (24" / 20")
50 Jumping Pull-Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings (16kg)
50 Walking Lunge
50 Knees To Elbows
50 Push Press (Bar)
50 Hip Extensions (scale to Barbell or banded Good Mornings (Bar) ).
50 Wall Ball (9kg to 10ft / 7 kg to 9ft)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

- The most well known of Classic CrossFit Chippers. This one is beautiful combination of moves form the basic to the more advanced. The weight is all lightweight. There are Gymnastics aplenty & the satisfaction of completing 500 reps in one session is hard to beat.
- This is flat out unadulterated fun! Plough your way through the list. On some of the more "simple" moves try for large sets, as close to unbroken, as possible. On the more complex ones (Hello Knees To Elbows!) break them up sensibly and you will get a rapid time in this one.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
