Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes
of:
5 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
10 Ring Dips
15 Overhead Squats (42.5 / 30 kg)

- Super tough, more technically laden WoD today. At first glance it looks simple enough but when you really look beneath the surface you see all the layers of this onion!
- Similar in Design to the Benchmark WoD "Cindy" it encompasses the "pull/push/leg" continuum, only this time its been beefed up somewhat!
- This Workout will equally reward & yet punish those with good flexibility. On the flip side those with less than desirable mobility will have to work really hard for good positions. This will be a major focus point for everyone. Nail your form & positions and the result will come. Work dang hard to leave a little bit better than when you came in.
- Get out there. Work hard
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify As needed.
