  • Today we celebrate CrossFit CBD's 8th birthday!!
  • We have had the wonderful opportunity to service the city of Melbourne with CrossFit for 8 years now. We humbled & honoured to do so.
  • Today let's have some fun with the number 8!! Buddy up with someone and throw down hard for them. Above all else exude the CBD sprit and have fun!!!!
  • Overall goal today is to HAVE FUN!!!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
