WoD: "Highs & Lows"
For Time:
50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 (reps)
Wall Balls (9kg, 10ft / 7kg, 9ft)
25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5 (reps)
Handstand Push Ups
.
- Do 50 wall balls then 50 Handstand push ups, then 40/40, 30/30, etc.
- 30 minute time cap.
- Scale As needed.

Post number of rounds to Beyond The Whiteboard.
Bam! Those are some quick Handstand Push Ups!! We will probably see these in the Open this year. Today is great practice for it!!
