- RX standards = Men use 102kg & Throw a 9kg ball to 10ft. Women use 70kg & throw a 6kg ball to 9ft.
- Scaled standards = Men use 61kg & throw a 9kg ball to 9ft. Women use 43kg & throw a 4kg to 9ft. Both to do Hand release Push Ups.
- Take note of your time elapsed when you complete each section. This will act as your tie breaker time in cases of finishing on the same number of reps as someone else.
