50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
50 Sit - Ups
50 Box Step - Ups
50 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters

Men: 22.5kg DBs, 24" box. ---|--- Women: 15kg DBs, 20" box.
Use two dumbbells for the deadlifts. One dumbbell for the thrusters. If you don't have any of these use what you can from around the house.
