- Its CrossFit Open Season & we are but 33 short days away from the start. We hold them here at CBD on Saturday mornings so this is our prep time to get used to hitting Open style WoDs on a Saturday. You may not see Open Workouts every Saturday up until the Open starts but it is a great chance for you to prime your physical & mental state to be ready for being "ON" on a Saturday morning.
- You can also use these days as trial runs on your nutrition and pre-class prep. Will you be looking to do something special & different as far as getting ready on those Saturdays? Things like more mobility or even practicing the actual moves beforehand to test out cycle times, etc/ Well start now so it won't be a major shock to your body come "18.1" !!
- As always have fun & enjoy the ride!
