- Time to burn off the Easter weekend, or at least get a pre-emptive burn in!!
- We are but just 8 short weeks off of our annual hit out at the Hero WoD "Murph". (on the Queens birthday weekend in June). Many of you may already know that workout is long and demands a lot of work. Namely (amongst other things) it has in there a bit of running and some pull ups.
- This is a great session to get some running conditioning into ourselves. Very nearly 5k of running is always good for the soul!
- You had yesterday off, you've got tomorrow off & most likely Monday too. Come in and earn your weekend!
- Enjoy!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
