- There is a LOT going on and a LOT of work to do. We are all playing to the tune of the running clock today so scale things to ensure you get at least your 2 mins rest each time.
- Hit those runs with the intent of keeping close times each time. As for the 5 min effort? Well at least you aren't having to squat or anything hey!
