- Today sees one of the most vibrant CBD members depart the rooftop 🙁
- Vicki is heading overseas and we will miss her greatly within our amazing community. She has been an awesome addition to CFCBD and we are so grateful to have have had her be a part of our crew!!
- We are sad to see her but leave but wish her the very best of luck & happiness for the future.
- Vicki if you didn't know is a massive fan of Ab movements & Handstand Push Ups. What better way to send her off than by working those abs in every way imaginable!!
