- How you perceive this WOD will largely impact how well you come out of it. Yes there's a few double unders in there. Sure the Wall Ball appears twice in the same round, or does it?
- In any case you have a long road ahead. 20 mins to find a pace, find a groove & get after this one. One thing is certain, you'll be more fit the experience.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
