- Gymnastics forms a huge component of a CrossFit program. Unlike the barbell the progress in gymnastics isn't always linear. In fact it often requires more work, more diligence, more progressions & MORE practice, & it will take you longer to master!
- Getting the basics right is the first port of call. Once you have mastered the basics you can then go onto to more complex variations & progressions. HOWEVER you must always keep doing the basics and honing your form. If you think you have already mastered the basics thank again.
- There will be progressions & lots of scale options on offer. Its time to get tp know your own body!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
