Complete 5 Rounds For Time

of:

Run 400m

10 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (42.5kg/30kg)

10 Thrusters (42.5kg/30kg)

REST 1 Minute

Modify for the at-home experience by doing....

burpee jump-overs in place of the box (choose an object around knee height).

Use a dumbbell or dumbbells for the SDHP & Thrusters

Most importantly, come rain or shine get after it & make it happen.
