- The CrossFit Team Series is back once again!! Time to find a willing buddy & throw down hard!!
- Today in class we are going to attack two of the listed events (if you have entered online, or just fancy completing all 4 events for fun then you can have a crack in Open Gym).
- We will tackle the Cleans first to maximise our power. Remember these are synchronised. You will be required to meet at the bottom of your front squat position before standing it up together. The weights start moderately heavy & just keep on going! If the numbers at "RX" are not on the cards today then consider the scaling option offered.
- After a decent rest period we will reset the dial and go for broke on the burpees! The Synchronised part here (sensing a theme from HQ hey??) is to meet at the bottom when your chests are on the floor. The jumps over doesn't need to be in sync (although that will look cool!!).
- Lets have a shed load of fun! Who are YOU going to partner with???
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
