- Working with a buddy lifts your own effort level up to new heights.
- Aside from the Sit ups (to which you will both do all the reps at the same time), the rest of the work is shared anyhow. Devise a plan and work together to get your result. Communication will be key so get used to talking to your mate and have a plan b or c if you need to make changes on the fly.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
