- Beautiful bodyweight workout that will challenge your every being. This Hero WoD is an enduring one to say the least. Look deeper into the overall volume of this and you soon see just what lies ahead.
- One thing that comes to mind in this is movement integrity. Make things like those pull ups look effortless by utilising all of the finer points of the TECHNIQUE behind them. Strive for those beautiful Hollow & Arch shapes if you are kipping these pull ups. If you on the strict wagon then tighten up even more so and make it a truly vertical movement. Have some fun with this one!!
