- This week we have been testing your mental capacity of what you believe you can truly do with your body & your fitness.
- Today there is a LOT of reps to tackle. However you won't be alone, you will have a couple of buddies with you to split the workload. Break up the reps any way you see fit and simply plough your way to the end.
- Great communication will be key here as sometimes you may need to call upon your mates to do a bit more, and likewise you may be called upon to help your mate out. Band together. Fight forward! We got this!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
