Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 25 Minutes
of:
Run 800m
75 Air Squats
15 Dumbbell Press

- All about the aerobic pace today. This workout is 25 minutes long. In order to workout for this amount of time pretty much non-stop we need to find a pace that allows us to do it. This means not trying to win the war in the first 5 minutes!
- Today aim for each run to be the same time as each other. This sounds easy enough but this also means we need to hold back on the first run. THIS is the part most people fail on. Reserve some energy for the last 5 mins & you will probably be in the ballpark.
- Lots of leg work going on so take the limited time away from the legs to challenge ourselves on the press. 2-3 sets is perfectly fine on those dumbbells.
- Overall goal today is to be in the 4th round by the end.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
