- Lots of skill involved in todays WoD. As always the coaches will offer up a myriad of scaling options to help you progress & also get the dose response.
- Your challenge as the athlete is to always look to challenge yourself by selecting (appropriate) scale options that get you learning as well as progressing. Try not to stick to the same old, same old scale options. Get outside your comfort zone & try something new out.
