2017 CrossFit Regionals Event 1
For Time:
Run 1200m
Then 12 Rounds of:
4 Strict Handstand Push Ups
8 Chest Bar Pull Ups
12 Air Squats

- This weekend is the Pacific Regions' turn at the Regional events. (That is our region by the way!). Be sure to tune in on games.crossfit.com for the live stream
- Yesterday you got to see the pro's do it, not today you get your turn! Pace that run to allow you to move straight into the 12 rounds of bodyweight fun.
- They had to wear a weight vest. You do not unless you are a ninja at bodyweight moves. (note: if you cannot do multiple sets & reps of strict HSPU without the vest then you will NOT wear one today)
- This will ultimately prove to be great training for "Murph" that is only 2 weeks away now!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 30 Min time cap (they get 25!!).
- Scale As needed.
